We have assembled the finest dried herbs, spices,
seasonings, and provisions from around the country and the world. We purchase our products
on quality alone. We only grind our spices when they are ordered to ensure maximum freshness
and shelf life for you, our customer. Chef Carl founded C. Alden Spices in 2006, after over
25 years working as a Chef on the East Coast from North Carolina to Maine, and finally back
home in Wisconsin in 1996. He created some tasty spice blends to use in the Restaurants and
Resorts he has worked in and now you can have them for yourself. We have tried to find every
variety of every type of dried comestibles available. We update our selections as often as
possible, but occasionally some products may not be available.
